Policy

CAN SA is committed to a refund process that is fair and equitable to all members and participants who pay fees to CAN SA for a service. All members/ participants can be guaranteed that their fees will be:
  • kept in a separate account called the Second Holding Account, which is distinct from the organisation's operating account
  • transferred when the service is rendered.

Procedure

Information in relation to refunds is included as part of the CAN SA Policies and Procedures available on the website.

In the event of insufficient numbers participating in a service (such as a workshop) CAN reserves the right to cancel the service and in such cases any prepaid fees will be refunded in full.

All refund details are processed by the Finance Officer.

Complaints/disputes will be handled in accordance with the CAN SA Complaints Resolution Policy.
