CAN SA provides industry specific off-the- job training to State Government Arts Administration Trainees (AAT) in partnership with Carclew Youth Arts and TAFE SA.

The AAT program offers the only structured opportunity for arts administration trainees to form networks and be given access to guest speakers and professional development not covered during their placements.
During these sessions, trainees visit a number of arts and cultural organisations, meet with industry professionals and have the opportunity to develop pathways for future employment as well as completing four TAFE modules toward a Certificate IV in Business Studies (Arts)..

The AAT modules include:

• Contribute to Effective Workplace Relationships
• Work within an Arts Organisation Context
• Work Effectively with Diversity
• Administer Projects
